By using mailboxmakeovertn.com or contracting Mailbox Makeover TN for installation work, you agree to the following terms.
1. Estimates and pricing
All written estimates are valid for 30 days. Final price may adjust if site conditions differ materially from what was described or shown in photos. Any change-orders are confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Scheduling and weather
We schedule installs subject to weather and material availability. Brick and mortar work requires temperatures above 40°F for proper curing. If we reschedule, we'll notify you the morning of and offer the next available slot.
3. Workmanship warranty
Every install carries a one-year workmanship warranty against settling, mortar failure, or post movement under normal use. Materials carry their manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from vehicle impact, vandalism, or extreme weather events.
4. HOA approvals
For HOA-required installs, the homeowner is responsible for securing ARC approval before we begin. We provide a one-page spec sheet to assist. Work performed without HOA approval at the homeowner's direction is at the homeowner's risk.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, check, Zelle, and cash. For projects over $1,500, a 30% deposit is required at scheduling.
6. Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific work in question. We carry general liability insurance and a certificate is available on request.
